Cold Rolled sheet
Cold rolled thin sheets, also known as CRS. CRS is made of hot-rolled steel. The cold rolling process helps to obtain cold-rolled thin sheets from the cooling of hot-rolled pickled products (made of the highest quality steel) in the cold rolling mill. These hot-rolled pickled products reduce thickness to a finer degree through strain hardening (up to nearly 20%), thereby improving strength. Compared with the thin plate formed during the hot rolling process, the cold-rolled thin plate obtained is smaller and has poorer ductility. They have better surface finish and smaller tolerances.

Product Description

Cold rolled thin plates are made from hot-rolled plates. Hot rolled plates are chemically cleaned and then further processed in a cold rolling mill, where the material is cooled (at room temperature), and then annealed and/or tempered for rolling. This process will produce steel with closer dimensional tolerances and a wider range of surface smoothness. Cold rolling increases strength, improves surface smoothness, and provides uniform thickness. To prevent rusting of cold-rolled steel coils, they are usually coated with a thin layer of oil, which can be further coated with zinc aluminum alloy or galvanized on the metal.

Plate Rolling                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Coil plate is a kind of plate in steel, which is actually a thin steel plate that is long and narrow and supplied in rolls.

The volume and plate are almost a cut package

Chilled coil is hot rolled coil through pickling and cold rolling. It can be said that it is a kind of cold rolled sheet coil.

Cold rolled coil (annealed) : hot rolled coil is obtained by pickling, cold rolling, hood annealing, leveling, (finishing).

There are three main differences between the two:

1. In appearance, the general chilled coil is a little faint.

2, surface quality, structure, dimensional accuracy and other cold-rolled plate is better than cold-rolled plate.

3, in terms of performance, due to the cold-rolled coil directly obtained by the cold-rolled process, the cold-rolled coil occurs work hardening during cold rolling, resulting in an increase in yield strength and residual part of the internal stress, and the external performance is relatively "hard", so it is called cold-rolled coil.

Therefore, the yield strength: the cold-rolled coil is greater than the cold-rolled coil (annealed), which makes the cold-rolled coil (annealed) more conducive to stamping.

Generally, the default delivery condition of cold rolled coil is annealed.

b) When there is no obvious yield point, Rel can be replaced by Rp0.2; When the thickness of the product is <0.70mm and ≥0.50mm, the upper limit of the yield strength can be increased by 20N/mm2, and when the thickness is <0.50mm, it can be increased by 40N /mm2.

e) When the thickness of the product is >1.50mm and ≤2.0mm, the value of r90 or r is allowed to be reduced by 0.1 (** value); When the thickness is >2.0mm, the value of r90 or r can be reduced by 0.2 (** value);

d) The values of r90 and n90 or r and n are only applicable to products with thickness ≥0.50mm; r= (r0+ r45+ r90) /4,

n= (n0+ n45+ n90) /4.
