brief introduction
Boiler tubes refer to steel pipes with openings at both ends and hollow cross-sections, and their length is relatively large compared to the surrounding area. According to production methods, they can be divided into seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes. The specifications of steel pipes are represented by external dimensions (such as outer diameter or side length) and wall thickness, and their size range is wide, from small diameter capillary tubes to large-diameter pipes with a diameter of several meters. Steel pipes can be used for pipelines, thermal equipment, mechanical industry, petroleum geological exploration, containers, chemical industry, and special purposes.

Product Description

Production and manufacturing methods:

① Generally, boiler tubes are used at temperatures below 350 ℃, while domestically produced tubes are mainly made of hot-rolled or cold drawn carbon steel tubes of grades 10 and 20.

② High pressure boiler tubes are often subjected to high temperature and high pressure conditions during use. When used as boiler tubes in the presence of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will undergo oxidation and corrosion.

Steel pipes are required to have high durability, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good structural stability.

Boiler tube usage:

① General boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture water-cooled wall tubes, boiling water tubes, superheated steam tubes, superheated steam tubes for locomotive boilers, large and small smoke tubes, and arch brick tubes.

② High pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air ducts, and main steam tubes for high-pressure and ultra-high pressure boilers. The supply and demand trend in the high-pressure boiler tube industry is generally stable, but the supply and demand situation in various specific sub industries will further differentiate. Industry insiders point out that the most crucial aspect is the use and promotion of new energy-saving and insulation 20g high-pressure boiler tube equipment. (1) GB/T5310-2008 Seamless Steel Pipes for High Pressure Boilers. The chemical composition test method shall comply with the relevant parts of GB222-84 and GB223 Chemical Analysis Methods for Steel and Alloy.

(2) The chemical composition inspection of imported boiler steel pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards specified in the contract.
